摘    要:地面驱动螺杆泵以其独特的特性在油田得以广泛应用,快速准确的采油优化设计是提高系统效率的关键之一。本文利用VB语言设计开发出了一套以系统效率为目标函数的地面驱动螺杆泵油井生产系统的优化设计软件。该软件可根据油井的基本资料,能够便捷地预测和优化螺杆泵型号及合理的下泵深度、最佳的螺杆泵转速、排量等工作参数。实例表明,依靠该软件计算结果可提高螺杆泵的系统效率。

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF THE OPTIMIZATION DESIGN SOFTWARE FOR THE SCREW PUMP PRODUCTION WELLS
Abstract:The ground driven screw pump is widely used in oilfields because of its particular characteristics. The optimization design to produce oil fast and accurately is the key to increase the system efficiency. This paper describes how a optimization design software with system efficiency as the objective function is developed by using VB language. The software type of the screw pump, downhole depth, optimal rotation rate, discharge capacity and other working parameters can be forecasted conveniently according to the basic data of the oil well. Many cases show that with this software the system efficiency of the screw pump can be improved relying on the calculation.
