冰箱压缩机壳体噪声辐射数值分析

摘    要:为了降低冰箱压缩机的噪声,并进一步优化壳体的声学特性,利用数值模拟方法,对壳体的振动特性和噪声辐射的影响因素进行了研究.在壳体模态分析的基础上,分析了泵体支撑方式、壳体形状、厚度和阻尼等不同壳体参数对壳体噪声辐射的影响,结果表明,泵体与壳体采用底部支撑方式联接、上壳体采用大的圆角半径、增大壳体壁厚、增大阻尼等均能降低壳体的噪声辐射.运用流固耦合有限元方法,计算了在不同润滑油量下壳体的耦合模态,以及壳体在单点激励下的远场辐射,结果表明,第5阶和第10阶固有频率随着油面高度的增加呈下降趋势;壳体在1 000~2 000 Hz的噪声辐射其峰值随着油面高度的升高逐渐增大,并逐渐向高频移动,实验结果与理论分析相一致.

Abstract:The influence factors of shell's vibration and noise radiation characteristics of refrigerator compressor shell were investigated using numerical simulation methods to reduce refrigerator compressor noise and improve shell's acoustic performance.Based on shell's modal analysis,the impacts on shell's noise radiation performance caused by different shell parameters including supporting mode between pump and shell,shape,thickness and damping of shell were studied.Results showed that shell's noise radiation was decreased by adopting bottom supporting mode between pump and shell,increasing the radius of upper shell's filleted corner,shell's thickness and damping.With fluid-structure coupling finite element method,shell's coupling modal with different oil volumes and the sound pressure distribution under unit motivation were calculated.According to the analysis results,with the lubrication oil volume increasing,the 5th and 10th natural frequencies decreased,the peak value of sound radiation between 1 000 Hz and 2 000 Hz increased,and the corresponding frequency moved to higher frequency domain.The experimental results accorded with the theoretical analysis results.
