| Abstract: | Inheritance and Innovation are resources for park creations and successful design should get the two being integrated. The project for the planning and design of Chaoyang Park integrates traditional techniques with modern forms, which condense the profound historical and cultural contents and blends the new ecological theories. It attempts to enhance the traditional garden art in the modern landscape design. |
