| 摘 要： | CCD外围电路包括CCD时序电路和信号处理电路。外围电路的设计是CCD应用的关键问题。介绍CPLD(可编程逻辑器件 )和模拟器件混合结构的CCD外围电路实现方法 ;对设计电路进行了深入分析、讨论 ,并给出了CPLD电路的时序仿真波形。

| Abstract: | A CCD perphery circuit consists of a time order circuit and signal processing circuit.The design of the perphery circuit is a crucial problems of CCD application. A new processing method of CCD perphery circuit with a mixed structure of CPLD and simulation device was introduced.In addition, a deep analysis and discussion, as well as a simulation waveform of CPLD were given. |
