摘    要:介绍了一种以MSP430F149单片机为核心,基于绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)的单稳态永磁机构控制系统。设计了硬件电路及主控软件,提出了保证IGBT驱动电路可靠工作的实现方法,该控制器采用RS一485通信实现了与上位监控系统的数据交互,实现了永磁机构真空断路器的智能控制。

Abstract:Introduction was made to a kind of monostable permanent magnetic actuator controller based on insulated grid bipolar transistor (IGBT), taking MSP430F149 as its core. Hardware circuit and main control software were designed, the implemental method to assure IGBT drive circuit in reliable working raised. The controller adopts RS-485 communication to have realized data exchange with upper monitoring system, which realized magnetic actuator vacuum circuit-breaker's intelligent control.
