酚醛树脂基镀铝玻璃纤维复合材料的导电性与电磁屏蔽性能的研究

摘    要:本研究以镀金属铝玻璃纤维为导电填料,填充热固性酚醛树脂制备出电磁屏蔽复合材料,通过测试和分析发现,使用导电纤维作为填料仍然具有阈值性质,且填充量大于40wt%后材料的屏蔽效能开始保持稳定,同时用schelkunoff公式估算了材料的屏蔽效能,发现在高频状态下估算值与实测值具有较大偏差,文章最后指出用添加普通玻璃纤维的方法来配合工艺有损材料的屏蔽效能。

Research of conductive properties and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of AI-glass fiber filled phenolic resin composites
Abstract:This paper is about electromagnetic shielding materials which consisting by Al-glass fiber and phenolic resin. Percolation threshold of the volume resistance is 11%, however, the shielding effectiveness will become a stable only when the content of fiber reaches 40%, meanwhile, the calculated result from Schelkunoff formula is different from the measured, especially when the frequency is high. Finally. the comparison show that the SE of hybrid system is much lower than the SE of the single system.
