全装配式钢筋混凝土楼盖竖向受力性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究新型全预制装配式钢筋混凝土楼盖的竖向受力性能,对1∶2缩尺的楼盖模型进行了模拟竖向均布荷载作用的静载试验,对楼盖的竖向承载力、挠曲变形、应变规律和双向受力性能等进行了研究。试验结果表明:楼盖具有较高的承载力,在整个加载过程中楼盖梁-板连接件和板缝连接件都表现出良好的传力性能;在竖向均布荷载作用下楼盖的挠曲变形呈现出与现浇双向楼盖类似的“碟形”,具有双向板的变形特征;楼盖模型在竖向荷载作用下的跨中挠度约为同条件下单向板楼盖挠度的0.445倍,楼盖构造能有效减小变形;楼盖底部垂直板缝方向连接件可传递竖向荷载作用下的弯矩,使其具有双向受力的特点。

Abstract:An experimental program was conducted on the 1∶2 scaled model of new-type precast RC floor (NPF) to evaluate its vertical mechanical behavior. Performance of the specimen was evaluated in terms of vertical bearing capacity, flexural deformation, stress-strain laws and its’ two-direction working mechanism. The result shows that the NPF has a high vertical bearing capacity, and the beam-to-slab connections and slab joints have a good performance during the test. The deformation shape of the NPF under vertical uniform distributed force is close to a salver, which means that the NPF has the two-way slab deformation characteristic. The deflection at the middle span of the NPF is about 0.445 times of the one-way slab with the same physical dimension, which shows that the new-type joint connection can effectively decrease the deflection of the floor slab. It is found that the moment in the NPF can be transferred transversely between slabs, which means that the NPF has the similar mechanical property to that of two-way slabs.
