压电惯性式振动加速度虚拟仪器测控系统

摘    要:基于虚拟仪器技术研发了压电惯性式振动加速度测振系统,分析了压电惯性式振动加速度传感器的力学模型、工作原理及其测量电路,在信号处理中运用了相关滤波原理.试验结果表明,采用高速数据采集卡、压电传感器及LabVIEW2010软硬件平台实现了准确、高效、实时的自动化测振系统.

Abstract:Based on the virtual instrument technology,the inertial type piezoelectric vibration acceleration control system has been designed and fabricated in this work.The mechanics model,operating principle and measurement circuit of the piezoelectric vibration acceleration sensor have been analyzed,and the relevant filtering principle has been used in the signal processing technology.A real time automation vibration test system with high accuracy and efficiency has been realized by using the high speed data acquisition, piezoelectric sensor and LabVIEW2010 software.
