| Abstract: | The paper explains the weak links in the comparison and the selection of environmental evaluation schemes, the public participation, the environmental management, the monitoring plan and the proposition for improvement on the basis of the introduction of environmental evaluation method and main content. The paper explains even the environmental evaluation content of reservoir dam, flood control project, irrigation and drainage project. |
