摘    要:基于"适用性"原则的安全评定技术兼顾了结构的安全可靠性和经济性.本文介绍基于"适用性"原则的安全评定技术的发展现状、缺陷评定断裂力学理论及评定方法,概述了各国典型评定规范,指出了今后缺陷评定技术的研究重点和发展方向.

Abstract:The flaw assessment technology based on applicability principle has attention to both security and economy.Present development situation and fracture mechanics foundation of this technology were described,and the typical criterions were summarized.Finally,the future research and direction on the flaw assessment technology were pointed out.
