循环流化床返料机构的研究

摘    要:本文主要对各种形式的颗粒返料机构进行了研究。根据实验结果和理论分析,本文提出了高浓度气固混合物在L阀中流动时的压力损失的计算公式。本文还提出了L阀和流化床返料机构的设计方法。并给出了设计所需要的全部计算公式。

Abstract:Flow modes for various kinds of solids recycle systems have been Studied, especially on the L-valve and the fluidized bed recycle system. According to the experimental and theoretical analysis, equations have been presented to predict the pressure drop of a high density gas-solids mixture flow through a horizontal pipe and bend section. All equations for design of the L-valve and the fluidized bed solids recycle system have been given in this paper.
