含硅钢下贝氏体中台阶及残余奥氏体层错的透射电镜观察

摘    要:用透射电镜研究了65Si2MnWA和40CrMnSiMoVA钢下贝氏体中台阶及残余奥氏体的精细结构。发现残余奥氏体中有大量层错,并且层错条纹与台阶具有对应关系。认为,贝氏体铁素体长大时,台阶有可能沿母相层错面直接切变增厚,而不是依靠台阶的侧向迁移来完成。

Abstract:Interface ledge and retained austenite fine structure in lower bainite of 40CrMnSiMoVA and 65Si2MnWA steels have been studied by TEM.A large number of faults have been found in retained austenite and these faults correspond to the interface ledges.The results show that it is very possible that ferrite plate of lower bainite thickens by broad face of the interface ledge shearing on the austenite fault face but not side migrating of the ledge
