高精度气介式超声波水位计的设计

摘    要:
目前使用的气介式超声波水位计存在测量精度不高的问题.通过分析影响气介式超声波水位测量精度的各种因素,指出消除这些影响因素的对策措施,提出利用数字采样技术对超声波测量回波前沿进行分析补偿提高测量精度的高精度气介式超声波水位计,阐述此水位计的硬软件设计,以及对干扰信号的处理,通过在浙江省骆家桥的使用,说明采集的水位数据满足水文规范有关要求,误差也在允许范围之内.

Abstract:
At present, gas medium ultrasonic water level gauge has a lower measurement precision. Through an analysis on factors affecting precision of the gauge, the article points out countermeasures for eliminating the influence factors, and a high-precision gas medium ultrasonic water level gauge is developed by using digital collection technology for analysis and compensation of ultrasonic echo frontier to improve measurement precision. The article elaborates hardware and software designs of the gauge and its disposal to interference signal. Its application at Luojiaqiao in Zhejiang illustrates that water level data collected by the gauge can meet requirements of relevant specifications, and error are within the allowable range.
