摘    要:我国是一个多湖泊国家,长期以来,落后的湖泊管理技术一直是制约我国湖泊管理事业发展的重要因素.坚持科技引领,加强湖泊管理保护能力建设,成为当前湖泊管理的重要工作内容.结合地理信息技术在江苏省里下河湖泊湖荡管理中的应用状况,重点阐述里下河湖区管理与保护信息系统(GIS)的建设目标、总体架构、开发方式、关键技术,以及 GPS 巡查子系统的应用情况,旨在完整地介绍构建湖泊信息系统的技术路线和实现方法,以推动我国湖泊区域管理信息化的进程

Abstract:In recent years, the lake administrative department of Lixia River insists on leading lakes management modernization construction by informatization. They gave great impetus to geographic information application in lake management. They organized and researched the management and protection geographic information technologies. Combining application situation of geographic information technologies in Lixia River lake management, the article focuses on GIS' s construction goal, overall architecture, development mode, key technologies, the application situation of GPS patrolled subsystem in Lixia River. It is aimed at completely introducing technology route and implementation method of constructing lakes information system to promote the course of lakes regional management informatization in our country.
