| 摘 要： | 分析过滤机零件-压盖,在传统的加工过程中经常出现高废品率的原因,提出了一种能大大提高零件质量,有效预防压弯件回弹的新工艺,经实践验证,废品率可降低到1%。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses a cause of high rejection rate occurred frequently during the traditional processing of gland, a component of filter unit, presents a new technology, which can improve greatly the quality of component and prevent efficiently the resilience of pressing-bending component. Validated by practices, the rejection rate can be lowered to 1%. |
