摘    要:采用虚拟接触载荷法模拟分析各种柱筒与轴之间的过盈配合接触现象,提出了具体的计算方法与分析程序。在轴对称模型基础上,比较详细地研究了圆柱筒、凹形柱筒和凸形柱筒与实心轴之间的过盈配合应力分布规律,以及配合面精度对接触应力分布的影响。研究结果表明,三种柱筒配合面的边缘均存在较大的应力集中;配合面内的接触压应力随过盈配合量或柱筒厚度的增加而增大;在理想配合状态下,配合面内不发生摩擦滑移,仅在配合面端部配合精度降低时,有可能出现滑移现象。

Abstract:The interference fit between various column casings and shaft is analyzed by using the virtual contact loading method, and concrete calculating method and program are presented. On the basis of an axisymmetrical model, the distri bution laws of fitting stresses between the cylinder tube and shaft, the concave tube and shaft, and the convex tube and shaft are investignted in detail. The influence of fitting accuracy on the contact stress is also analyzed. The result of the investigation shows that there exists fairly high stress concentration on the edges of the mating surfaces of for three tubes; the contact compressive stress on the mating surface increases with the increase of interference fit tolerance or tube thickness;there is no frictional sliding phenomenon under ideal assembly state, and sliding may be resulted only whan the fitting ac curacy of the mating surface edges is reduced.
