| 摘 要： | 产品建模是进行计算机辅助工艺设计的基础，其目的是提供一种表达和贮存产品信息的方法。面向对象的产品建模具有产品信息逐步积累和便于拓展的优点，能很好地解决CAPP产品开发大信息量的需求。用图例展示了面向对象CAPP产品建模逐步细化零件对象、增加零件对象信息量而实现零件建模的全过程。用这种方法建立的零件数据库既包含零件的几何数据，又包含零件的技术数据，具有零件信息定义全面又便于拓宽的优点，适合于旋转及大批量非旋转零件CAPP系统开发应用的需要。

| Abstract: | Product modelling is a base for computeraided process planning(CAPP), and its purpose lies in providing an ap proach to expressing and saving product information. Object-oriented product modelling has the advantages of product in formation being gradually accumulated and being convenient to develop, and can satisfy the requirements of dealing with large amount of information in CAPP product developing. The whole course of object-oriented CAPP product modelling is illustrated. The components database created on the basis of this method contains both the geometric data and technical data of the component parts, therefore it is suitable for using in the CAP system for rotary parts and large batch of non rotating parts. |
