斜井抽油机设计中的几个问题

摘    要:设计制造和安装使用的经验认为,斜井抽油机设计中应优先采用后置式游梁抽油机的结构形式;支架应采用向前倾斜10°、25°和38°三种结构并用销轴确定三个安装位置;连杆长度应有九种供选择;采用扇形曲柄且设置三组曲柄销安装孔,使平衡力矩和平衡相位都可调。上述几项措施相配合,可满足5°~18°、19°~31°、32°~45°三级井斜角调节平衡要求。最后,讨论了斜井抽油机四连杆尺寸设计应注意的几个问题和支架几何尺寸设计的计算方法。

Abstract:In the design of slant hole pumping unit, the form of back-mouned beam pumping unit should be adopted preferen tially; three kinds of frameworks with 10°, 25°and 38°top rakes should be adopted and their locating positions should be determined by using the pin; there should be nine kinds of pitman lengths to be selected; fan-shapod crank should be se lected and thrss groups of crank pin holes should be provided to make both the balance torque and balance phase ad justable. By adopting combinatively the above-mentioned measures, the requirements for balance adjustment of such three groups of inclination angles as 5° ~ 18°, 19° ~ 31°and 32° ~ 45° can be satisfied. Matters that should be paid attention to in the design of the four-bar linkage on a slant hole pumping unit are discussed, and the calculation method for the geo metric design of the framework is presented.
