气体对射流泵效率的影响

摘    要:射流泵采油一直被人们认为效率低而在应用中受到限制,除影响射流泵效率的几何因素外,人们对气体和动力液介质的密度影响射流泵的抽油效率的认识不尽一致。针对这个问题,综合分析了国内外有关文献,进一步研究了气体对射流泵效率的影响,给出了液/液气两相射流泵设计效率和实际计算效率的计算模型。根据现场使用射流泵的实践,提出用射流泵抽油时,在有液/液气两相流态的情况下,气体在举升过程中作功有助于液体举升到地面,即有效地产生了“气举效应”,使射流泵效率得到提高。

Abstract:Jet pumping was not put to good use for its low efficiency . Both the gas and power fluid density has effect on the jetpumping efficiency besides the geometric factors. A further investigalion in the effect of gas on the jet pumping efficieneyis conducted. Models for calculating the design efficieney and actual efficiency of two-phase gas/liquid jet pumping system are given. It is indicated that, in the course of jet pumping of two-phase fluid the work done by the gas is helpfulto lifting the fluid to the surface, i. e. a "gas lift effect" is produced , thereby the efficiency of the jet pumping system isimproved .
