压力容器筒体的断裂力学分析

摘    要:用常规强度理论设计的构件忽略了结构上客观存在的裂纹缺陷,因此无法解释工程上的许多断裂事故。鉴于此,介绍了断裂力学基本理论及其判据,给出了计算压力容器筒体上临界裂纹尺寸的方法及框图,并对按传统方法设计的某径向反应器筒体进行了断裂力学分析及计算。新给出的计算方法及计算程序框图适用于对按常规方法设计的各类压力容器筒体及其它工程结构进行断裂力学分析及研究,计算出的临界裂纹尺寸可作为无损检测的判废依据,因此是对传统强度理论设计的补充和完善。

Abstract:Structure cracks are ignored in engineering design based on the conventional strength theory, thus many fracturefaults failed to be explained. The theory and criterion of fracture mechanics are inlroduced , the method for computing thecritical size of cracks in the pressure vessel shell is presented and an example of calculation and analysis is given. Thenew calculating method and programme chart can be applied to the fracture mechanics analysis of all pressure vessels.shell and other engineering structures designed on the hasis of the conventional method, and the clack critical size calculated can be taken as a basis for ahandonrnet judgement therefore this method is a supplement to the traditional strengthdesign method.
