摘    要:针对目前国内动态扭矩测试存在的问题,提出了一种新的测试动态扭矩的方法:介绍了一动态扭矩加载器装置的结构原理,用其对扭矩传感器进行了在线实时校定,基于LabVIEW测试平台,采用虚拟仪器的思想,用校定后的传感器对动态扭矩进行实时测试.这种测量方法提高了系统的可靠性和测试精度,而LabVIEW软件测试平台则减少了复杂的硬件设备,实现了对信号的实时采集显示.测量实例的应用证实了此方法的可行性和实用性.

Abstract:In the paper, we introduce a new method to measure dynamic torque. The real-time online calibration to the torque sensor is carried on by using the dynamic torque loading device.And introduce structure and principle of the loading device.The measurement platform based on LabVIEW is come out. It adopts the idea of virtual instrument.We realized real-time measurement to the dynamic torque with the torque sensor.The equipments are reduced and the measurement precision of the sensor is improved.The application of a practical measurement testifies the accuracy and applicability.
