摘    要:从战场电磁环境的定义出发,初步阐述了电子装备的效能发挥与战场电磁环境的关系,基于灰色理论构建了战场电磁环境复杂性综合评估的灰色层次模型,通过专家系统评价分值和设置权重,对应用实例进行了评估。该模型对影响战场电磁环境复杂度的各个因素进行了综合分析,能较为客观地反映战场电磁环境复杂度。评估方法简洁可行,评估结论真实合理,对准确认识战场电磁环境和指挥员基于战场电磁环境实际情况做出正确的决策具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:Beginning from the definition of the battlefield electromagnetic environment, this paper preliminarily expounds the relationship between efficacy using of electronic equipments and battlefield electromagnetic environment, and makes up a gray arrangement model of battlefield electromagnetic environment complexity Synthetical evaluation base on grey system theory, and make a evaluation for application living example with the appraisal points and installing weigh which come from the experts system. The model synthetically analyses each elements which influence the battlefield electromagnetic environment complexity, and reflects the battlefield electromagnetic environment complexity some more objectively. The evaluation method is succinct and feasible, and evaluation result is correct and reasonable, and it provides the better using value to the exact reorganization about battlefield electromagnetic environment and the commander's correct design making based on the real condition in battlefield electromagnetic environment.
