| 摘 要： | 料液在闪蒸脱气设备中的蒸发是自蒸发过程，因此不需要加热面，有别于其它蒸发设备。本文以蒸发量为487.8kg/h用于液体奶的闪蒸脱气设备为例，介绍闪蒸脱气设备的设计及其应用。

| Abstract: | Not like liquid in other evaporation equipment, does the liquid in the flash evaporation gas removal equipment evaporate by itself ar~d no heating surface is needed. In this article, with the equipment used for 487. 8kg/h production of the milk, the design and application of the flash evaporation gas removal equipment was introduced. |
