| Abstract: | The paper introduced high precision instrument with ultrasonic wave for thickness measurement. The principle and the structure of the system are discussed. And also, some main circuits, for example, the pulse generation circuit, the synchronization circuit and the counter circuit are given. The result of the experiment and the characteristic of the system are summarized. |
