| 摘 要： | 应用化学分析，硬度检验及金相分析等方法对40Cr钢传动轴断裂原因进行了综合分析。结果表明：热加工温度对高是传动轴断理解的主要原因。同时提出了对40Cr钢传动轴验收的建议。

| Abstract: | The cause for fracture of 40Cr steel driving-shaft has been investigated by means of chemical analysis,hardness check and metallographical analysis.The results show that the primary cause of fracture of the driving-shaft is that the hot working temperature has been too high.Meanwhile,the suggestions for approval of the 40Cr steel driving-shaft have been raised. |
