摘    要:介绍一种基于87C196KD微控制器结合PSD的双通道同步电动机微机励磁装置。首先描述该装置的硬件组成,详细介绍投励和灭磁单元的设计、采用可编程系统器件中心控制单元的设计及该装置的软件组成,用软件来控制顺向投励,实现起动过热保护,失步再整步功能以及高精度的PID运算等功能。该装置采用恒电流和恒功率因数两种运行方式,可以任意切换。由87C196KD单片机结合PSD实现的同步电动机微机励磁装置具有硬件简单,抗干扰能力强,控制精度高等特点。

Abstract:A kind of micro-controller excitation equipment of synchronous machine based on 87C196KD micro-controller and PSD is gave.First, the hardware of the system is described and the design of center control unit based on PSD technology is introduced. The software of system is introduced.It can realize the over hot protect, lose step and regulate step function and high precision PID operation .This system has two running mode.One is keeping the exciting current constant , the other is keeping the power factor constant.The micro-controller excitation equipment of synchronous motor based on 87C196KD micro-controller has a simple hardware and strong ability to resist the interference and high control precision.
