掺加聚酯纤维的SMA混合料路用性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究聚酯类纤维对SMA沥青混合料路用性能的影响,在SMA-13混合料中用Bonifibers替代部分木质素,和在0.30%木质素掺量不变的情况下额外掺加聚酯纤维,对各组混合料进行路用性能试验。试验研究结果表明:用Bonifibers替代0.10%的木质素提高了SMA混合料的抗车辙能力;聚酯纤维能够提高沥青混合料的劈裂抗拉强度,且在低温时的提高效果要优于常温时;聚酯纤维使混合料的残留稳定度提高,改善了SMA混合料水稳定性。

Experimental Study on Road Application Performance of SMA Mixture with Polyester Fiber

Abstract:To investigate the effect of polyester fiber on road application performance of SMA mixture, a part of lignose in SMA-13 was taken place by Bonifibers, and polyester fiber was added into SMA mixture with 0.30% lignose unchanged. Relative road application performance tests were carried out. It is shown that dynamic stability of SMA mixture in which 0.10% lignose was taken place by Bonifibers increased. Therefore, this substitute could improve high-temperature stability of SMA mixture effectively. It can be drawn that tensile splitting strength of SMA mixture could be improved by polyester fiber, and effect under low-temperature is more obvious than normal temperature. It is conclude that the residual stability of SMA mixture was enhanced by polyester fiber as well. Water stability of mixture was improved.
