低温吸附技术在脱氮油精制中的应用

摘    要:采用具有节能降耗的低温吸附剂代替白土,对荆门石化脱氮油进行较低温度下的补充精制,试验结果表明:减二线脱氮油加入0.5%低温吸附剂与加入2.5%白土的脱碱氮效果相当,减三线脱氮油加入0.5%低温吸附剂与加入3.0%白土的脱碱氮效果相当。在达到相当的精制效果情况下,脱氮—低温吸附技术与脱氮一白土精制工艺相比,减二线油和减三线油综合效益分别达到52.875元/吨和78.875元/吨。该工艺具有技术简单、能耗低、操作费用低、固体废物排放明显减少等优点。

Abstract:The denitrified oil from SINOPEC Jingmen Company was refined by using the low- temperatare adsorbent instead of clay. The test results indicated that the effect of removing the basic nitrogen compounds by using 0.5% low - temperature adsorbent is equal to that of using 2.5% clay for the vacuum cut 2 denitrified oil, and the effect of removing the basic nitrogen compounds by using 0.5 % low - temperature adsorbent is equal to that of using 3.0% clay for the vacuum cut 3 denitrified oil. In case of the same refining effect, the benefits brought the low - temperature adsorption technology for the vacuum cut 2 denitrified oil and the vacuum cut 3 denitrified oil are 52.875 RMB percent ton and 78.875 RMB percent ton, respectively. This technology has the advantages of relatively simple technology, economized energy consumption, lower operation costs and reduced exhaust emission.
