| 摘 要： | 为建立蜜环菌发酵菌丝中的腺苷含量的测定方法,对蜜环菌深层发酵菌丝进行了不同方法的提取,采用反相HPLC法,磷酸氢二钾缓冲液加甲醇(90 10)作流动相,254nm波长下检测腺苷,分离效果好且快速。

| Abstract: | A conventient method for determination of adenosine in liquid fermentation mycelium of Armillaria mella was reported. The adenosine in the sample was extracted by different method and detected by HPLC reversed phase chromatography ,potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution :methy alcohol (90:10)as mobile phase and detection at 254 nm .The method had high selectivety and is suitable for rapid. |
