| 摘 要： | 在先进制造战略的环境下考虑工艺设计与企业信息的集成和优化，研究并开发了一套工艺管理系统。该系统是从CAD中读取零件工程图纸信息和ERP中读取BOM表，在产品零件信息基础上设计工艺，为车间作业计划与调度监控系统（CAPPS）提供作业计划所需要的工艺信息和设备信息，实现了CAD、CAPP和CAPPS的集成。

| Abstract: | This paper considers the process design and the integration of the enterprise information based on advanced manufacture strategy, and establishes a management system of process. The system obtains drawing information of parts from CAD and BOM table from ERP, designs the process based on the information of products and parts, provides the information for process and equipments needed in the Computer-aided Production Planning Scheduling(CAPPS), and realizes the integration of CAD, CAPP and CAPPS. |
