基于RFID的不停车收费系统研究

摘    要:针对提高公路收费道口通行能力,减少公路收费道口车辆阻塞的目的,设计研发了基于RFID的不停车收费系统,采用了无线射频识别(RFID)、自动车辆识别(AVI)、自动车型分类(AVCS)、短程通信、逃费抓拍等技术,通过安装在车辆挡风玻璃上的电子标签与在收费站ETC车道上的微波天线之间的专用短程通讯,利用计算机联网技术与银行进行后台结算处理,从而达到车辆通过路桥收费站不需停车就能交纳费用的目的。通过乌昌高速公路收费站应用证明:ETC车道通行能力比普通车道提高4~6倍,有效的提高了收费道口通行能力与收费效率。

Abstract:Aiming at improving the road crossing over the ability to reduce the rate of vehicles crossing the purpose of the design of development based RFID can’t stop the charge system,a wireless RF identify(RFID),automatic vehicle identification(AVI),automatic model classified(AVCS) and short-range communications and fled fee for shooting through the traffic on the windscreen of the toll gate in the driveway of a mast ETC.operate communication between the use of computer networking technology and the banks for the settlement process to reach the traffic luqiao tollgate needs no parking will be able to pay the expenses.by the end of the tollhouse Changji to Urumqi application to drive,ETC is better than average of four lanes-six times,raising the fees and charges is capable of crossing.
