电路板TPS验证评估系统设计

摘    要:针对对电路板测试程序集(TPS)难以进行客观全面地验证评估的难题,对电路板验证评估系统进行了设计。首先分析了电路板TPS的组成以及常用的评估技术;其次,针对不同的部分分别提出了相应的评估策略;最后,通过将TPS各部分评估结果进行加权求和对整个电路板TPS进行验证评估。设计的电路板TPS验证评估系统综合考虑了电路板TPS的各个组成部分,能够对电路板TPS进行客观有效的评估。

Abstract:For solving the problem of verifying and evaluating objectively to PCB Test Program Sets(TPS) from the whole,a verification and evaluation system for PCB TPS is designed.Firstly,the parts and the traditional method of verifying and evaluating to these parts are analyzed.Secondly,the methods of verifying and evaluating to every part of PCB TPS are presented.And lastly,on the basis of verifying and evaluating result to every part of PCB TPS,the performance of whole TPS is obtained by weighted summation of those results.Experiences show that the verification and evaluation system for PCB TPS designed in this paper can verify and evaluate the TPS effectively and objectively.
