基于WinCC的交流电机调速监控界面研究

摘    要:
基于WinCC(视窗控制中心)的交流电机调速监控系统的设计,采用了西门子公司(SIEMENS)全面开放的上位机监控系统WinCC组态软件,此软件既可用于小规模简单的过程监控,也可用于复杂的工控领域。根据现场实际情况,利用该软件创建动态的人机监控界面,实现了监控画面动态显示并进行清晰明确的过程监控,准确把握了系统当前的各种运行状况,简化了操作,提高了系统监控能力,保证了系统运行的安全性。

Abstract:
Based on the design of AC motor speed control system belonged WinCC(Windows Control center),all-round opening PC monitor system WinCC configuration software of SIEMENS is applied,which not only can be used in simple process monitoring on a small scale,but also can be applied in industrial areas with complexity.According to the actual situation,using the software to create dynamic man-machine interface,dynamic display of monitor screen,clear and definite process monitoring are realized,which grasp the various operation conditions of the system accurately and predigest operation.So,System monitoring ability is improved,and the security of system operation can be ensured.
