| Abstract: | Because the stability of hand-held touch screen is not high and the performance conditions are not reliable at present,AT91X40 series microcontroller is used as control chip in this paper.As the chip features a powerful,high integration,data processing capability,high stability,handheld touch screen based on AT91X40 series has the features of small,powerful and operation simple.The display and input device of handheld touch screen selected ADS7843 and SED1335 two mainstream touch chips and LCD display.Experimental verification through on-site,handheld touch screen based on AT91X40 series has high stability,reliable,practical value. |
