基于考核水位自动判别机制的梯级水电站群节水增发电考核研究

摘    要:根据梯级水电站联合调度节水增发电考核的必然性,建立起对应的考核模型和评价标准,基于考核水位对考核结果的影响,引进了考核水位自动判别机制,改进了季及季以上调节电站的考核电量算法,介绍了其具体的实现过程。以乌江洪家渡—乌江渡梯级水电站群为对象,开发了相应的考核软件。算例结果与生产实际情况一致,对广泛开展梯级水电站联合调度节水增发电考核具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the necessity of evaluating the jointly scheduled water-saving and power generation increase in cascade hydropower stations,this paper establishes the evaluation model and standard.Considering the impacts of assessment water level on the assessment results,this paper not only introduces the mechanism for identifying assessment water level automatically,but also improves the algorithm for calculating the assessment power output of reservoir whose storage capacity is larger than or equal to seasonal reservoir′s capacity,and introduces the implementation process.Based on the research of the Wujiang Hongjiadu-Wujiangdu cascade hydropower stations,the related assessment software was developed.The sample calculation results coincide with the actual production,indicating that this proposed method can provide reference to the extensive development of evaluating the jointly scheduled water-saving and power generation increase in cascade hydropower stations.
