摘    要:为缩减编码长度,提高计算效率,提出了基于化整为零策略和改进二进制差分进化算法的配电网重构方法。将开关根据其在环路中的位置进行分类,建立了环路–开关关联矩阵。应用化整为零策略将整个解空间划分成若干个子解空间,应用改进二进制差分进化算法直接对各子解空间进行并行搜索,比较所有子解空间的搜索结果即可找到重构问题的最优解。该方法缩短了开关方案的编码长度,改进二进制差分进化算法通过调整变异、交叉操作规则,避免了不可行解的产生。接入分布式电源的配电网仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A method to reconfigure distribution network,which is based on the strategy of breaking up the whole into parts and improved binary differential evolution(DE) algorithm,is proposed.The circuit breakers are classified according to their positions in the looped network,then a loop-breaker incidence matrix and breaker sets are established.Applying the strategy of breaking up the whole into parts,the whole solution space is divided into several sub-solution spaces,then the parallel search is directly performed by improved binary DE algorithm,and then comparing the search results in all sub-solution spaces the optimal solution of distribution network reconfiguration can be obtained.The proposed method can reduce the coding length and improve calculation efficiency;through adjusting the rules of variation and crossover operation,the infeasible solution can be avoided.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed reconfiguration method of distribution network.
