| 摘 要： | 利用DEFORMTM有限元数值模拟软件对套筒扳手系列零件的挤压变形过程进行了模拟。基于模拟的结果，对成形过程的重要的工艺参数进行了分析比较，进一步提出套筒扳头成形工艺及模具设计的改进建议。

| Abstract: | Using the FE numerical simulation software DEFORMTTM,the extrusion process used for forming the parts of socket wrench has been simulated. Upon the results, the main processing parameters of extrusion process have been analyzed.Some instructive suggestions for improving the extrusion process and die design have been brought forward. |
