摘    要:结合德士古典型6.5MPa水煤浆加压气化造气工艺的操作实际,从气化炉的结构、氧碳比、水气比、燃烧过程工况、工艺参数以及工艺计算诸方面,系统分析各因素对气化炉操作稳定性、出口组成等方面的影响,对充分、科学、合理地利用煤炭资源,特别是对“油改煤”工程的设计、操作等具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the operation of typical TEXACO pressured coal gasification process under 6.5MPa pressure, this paper systematically analyzes the effect of some factors on the operation stability and composition of exit gas from the gasification furnace. Those factors include the structure of the furnace, oxygen/carbon ratio, steam/dry gas ratio , combustion process parameters as well as process calculation involved in this process. This is quite useful for fully, scientifically and reasonably using of the coal resources , especially for the design, process handling and so on in "coal replacing oil" ammonia plant revamping project.
