基于PIC单片机的船用测速系统设计

摘    要:为了设计简单可靠的电机转速测量装置,提出基于PIC单片机为核心的船用主机与艉轴转速测量系统。整个系统包括转速信号的采集与调理,转速的计算,转速的模拟量输出显示以及外接数字显示装置的转速数字量输出显示。对此系统进行了软硬件的设计。通过运行实验证明,该系统结构简单,测量结果稳定可靠,测量精度高,扩展性能好。

Abstract:In order to design a simple and reliable motor speed measuring device,a measuring system was introduced for marine main engine and stern shaft speed based on the core a MCU of PIC.The system includes speed signal collecting and conditioning,speed calculation,analog output of speed display and an external digital display of speed digital output display device.The hardware and software of the system was also designed.The experiment proved that the of the system is simple in structure,and the measurement result is stable and reliable,high accuracy,and good scalability.
