摘    要:结合陕西陕焦化工有限公司脱硫工序的实际情况,分析了HPF氨法脱硫工序中存在的异味大、污染严重等问题,并对造成污染的不同环节,提出了针对性整改措施:对放散气体集中处理、提高设备选型及防腐等级、优化泵冷却方式、选择高效率过滤器及换热器,可有效解决脱硫工序环境污染问题。在整个炼焦化学品回收区域,建议采用二级吸收处理工艺。

Abstract:The cause of the strong odor and serious pollution from the HPF ammonia desulphurization process was analyzed based on the actual situation of the desulfurization unit of the Shaanxi Coke Chemical Co., Ltd. Pertinent corrective measures for various sections that caused such pollution were proposed. It pointed out that by adopting centralized treatment of the emitted gas, using better corrosion- resisting materials, optimizing the cooling mode of the pumps, and selecting highly efficient filters and heat exchangers, the environmental pollution problem caused by the desulfurization unit could be solved effectively. The paper recommended two-stage absorption process for the complete coking and chemical recovery area.
