接枝氯丁胶中硅烷偶联剂的接入与研究

摘    要:采用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)对接枝氯丁胶胶黏剂的性能进行改进,寻求增强接枝氯丁胶性能的最优配方。随着KH-550与接枝氯丁胶的比例增大,固含量呈上升趋势;其中在浓度为2%~5%时,粘结力较好。

Abstract:By silane coupling agent gamma-ammonia propyl-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(5.5) and KH-vinyl-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(A-151) graft neoprene adhesive performance improvement,seek grafted neoprene performance enhancement optimal formula.As KH-5.5 and grafted neoprene ratio increased,and the content of solid ascendant trend among the concentration of 2 to 5,the cohesion was good.
