| 摘 要： | 人文素质具有独特的价值整合功能、类群归属功能、精神激励功能、审美愉悦功能和衍生创造功能。加强工科大学生文化素质教育是高等工程教育应有之义,也是理工科大学生自身成长的要求。在高等工程教育形成一种在人文和社会基础上综合认识工程和工程价值的观念,已成为现代工程教育的必然要求。

| Abstract: | The development of high project education is an important respect that can not be ignored in building the "province of excellent higher education" in Jiangsu.At present,on the base of humanity and society,the high project education has synthetically formed a kind of idea of project and project value.Therefore,it has become a necessary request to strengthen the cultural qualityoriented education of students of institutes of engineering.This text analyzes the personal and impersonal factors that caused the lack of the cultural quality for college students of engineering and proposes the countermeasures to strengthen the education of culture quality. |
