摘    要:随着我国浅地表的铝土矿储量消耗殆尽,煤下铝开采成为铝资源开发的必然选择和趋势。煤下铝的开采需要控制覆岩移动,保证上覆煤层的完整性,同时地下铝土矿顶板破碎不稳固,地压管理困难,回采率低。本文提出协同充填覆岩控制技术,房柱法点柱不作为永久矿柱支撑顶板,将采矿方法研究聚焦在采矿作业过程的地压控制,提出小矿房、宽矿柱充填分区分步退采房柱法,实现了煤下铝采场地压管理、岩移层位控制和回采率的提高。

Abstract:As the shallow surface bauxite reserves are depleting in China, the exploitation of the bauxite resources under coal seams is the certain choice and trend. The exploitation of the bauxite under coal seams requires controlling the movement of overburden to ensure the integrity of overlying coal seams. Meanwhile, there are problems of poor stability of roof plate, difficult management of ground pressure and low recovery rate. This article had presented the co-filling technology of controlling overlying strata movement. Pointed pillars in room and pillar method were not treated as the permanent pillars to support the roof, so the study of mining methods was focused on the control of ground pressure during mining operations. The partition filling room and pillar method with small rooms and large pillars was proposed, that realized the underground pressure management, the strata movement control and the increase of recovery rate in bauxite mines.
