基于ARCGIS平面测定法测废石混入率

摘    要:废石混入率的测定方法不多,矿山最常用的是平面照相法加以CAD辅助,在CAD图中圈定出废石的面积从而大致确定出废石混入率。然而这种方法工作量非常大,也需要花费大量的人工。为了简化人工步骤,引入ARCGIS重分类功能,结合照相法将图像进行二值化处理,用ARCGIS软件求出废石面积,并通过对栅格矢量的优化,提高ARCGIS二值化的准确率。通过与传统平面照相CAD圈定法对照试验,误差分析说明了运用ARCGIS也可以达到人工圈定的准确度。相比之下,ARCGIS测定方法分析过程更加快速高效。

Abstract:There are not many methods to determine waste rock mixing rate. The most commonly used method in mine is plane photography with CAD assistant. The area of waste rock is delineated in the CAD map to roughly determine the waste rock mixing rate. However, this method is very costly and requires a lot of labor. In order to simplify the manual steps, the ARCGIS reclassification function was introduced and the images were binarized in combination with the photographic method. The waste rock area was calculated by ARCGIS software, and improve the accuracy of ARCGIS binarization by optimizing grid vectors. By comparing with the traditional CAD method, the error analysis indicated that the accuracy of manual delineation can be achieved by using ARCGIS, and the ARCGIS determination method analysis process was faster and more efficient.
