| 摘 要： | 在分析移民所受社会风险的基础上，建立了水库移民社会风险预警系统综合指标体系及社会风险预警核心指数，并给出了评价方法，以估量移民所受社会风险的程度，最大限度地消除水库移民系统的社会风险。
