摘    要:介绍了一种激光焊接声、光信号采集与信号调理电路的设计原理,并结出了相应的电路图。试验表明:该采集电路能够正确采集激光焊接过程特征信号,并能有教反映焊接过程的变化.可以满足激光焊接过程实时监测的要求。

Abstract:This paper presents on the circuit of acoustic and optical signal sample and process in laser welding.The circuit is able to acquire the characteristic signals in laser welding process,which can effectively response the welding quality.The experimental results prove that the circuit can satisfy the real-time measuring system in laser welding process.
