摘    要:在各种传感器的制造过程中经常使用超薄不锈钢材料,采用超薄不锈钢材料制造的某压力膜盒在制造过程中需要采用环缝精密凸焊,焊接过程中很容易出现烧伤、烧穿、飞溅、慢性泄漏等缺陷。通过设计一种特殊的焊接夹具并提出专门的夹具校验方法,成功地解决了上述技术难题,保证了大批量生产中焊接质量的高度一致性及稳定性。
