基于Siemens PLC的烧结炉温度控制系统设计

摘    要:烧结炉是硬质合金加工生产过程中重要的生产设备,也是一个时变、非线性和较大滞后的系统.本文针对某硬质合金厂的技术改造,设计了一套烧结炉的温度控制系统,本系统以Siemens PLC为基础,采用Fuzzy和PID混合控制的方式实现.运行实践表明,温度误差在允许的范围内,系统运行稳定.

Abstract:Sintering furnace is an very important equipment during production of cemented carbide, is also a time-varied, nonlinear and large delay system. Concerning with the technology alteration of a sintering furnace factory, this paper design a temperature control system of sintering furnace, which is based on Siemens PLC and is realized by fuzzy and PID control. The result of application indicated that the error of temperature is permitted and the system ran steadily.
