| 摘 要： | 针对钢丝圈热处理后存在的“软硬混杂”现象,对有关工序进行多次反复试验,并采用钢丝圈开口拉伸测量仪精确测量其开口距离,重点在淬火工序采取了诸项改进措施,使钢丝圈的淬火质量有了较大幅度的提高,“软硬混杂”现象基本得以控制,开口拉伸变形率合格率达８０％以上。
