| 摘 要： | 提出了基于模糊神经网络的评价方法。首先根据指标选取的原则和各交通控制指标的特点选取评价指标,在建立指标体系的基础上,采用基于神经网络的模糊综合评价方法模型对区域交通控制效果进行评价,并对模型进行了模拟验证。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of different traffic control indexes and the index selection principle,this paper selects the evaluation index and uses the fuzzy neural network to evaluate the effect of control in the regional level after the establishment of the evaluation index system.The method of VB programming is used in the calculation process and the simulation tool VISSIM is used to validate the model at the end. |
